Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a Leasing Agent to be the first point of contact for prospective residents at an on-site community in Wisconsin. You will market available units, guide applicants through the leasing process, and ensure all documentation meets program and property requirements.

The role supports a positive living experience for residents and collaborates with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of on-site property management or leasing experience.
• Experience in affordable housing programs strongly preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real estate license for IL properties must be obtained within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, assess housing needs, and present available apartments.
• Ensure leasing activities comply with Fair Housing, ADA and related laws.
• Complete leasing documents including applications, addenda, income certifications and leases.
• Enter applicant information into leasing software and maintain records.
• Support marketing efforts with outreach, events, and market surveys.
• Assist with rent collections and move-in support as needed.
• Maintain waitlist for affordable properties and ensure market-ready apartments.
