Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years on-site property leasing experience.
• Experience with affordable housing programs preferred (LIHTC, Section 8).
• IL properties require IL Real Estate Leasing Agent License within 120 days.
• NALP designation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents and present available apartments.
• Ensure leasing activities comply with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws.
• Complete eligibility verifications and income targeting per program requirements.
• Enter applicant data accurately in leasing software and maintain records.
• Maintain and update reports on leasing activity and file paperwork.
• Support marketing by organizing events and conducting market surveys.
