Job summary

Wales & West Housing is seeking an Assistant Housing Officer to support residents across our Wales sites. You will record information accurately, refer residents for support, and work with teams to deliver housing services that meet residents’ needs.

A current driving license and access to a vehicle are essential. You will report to the Housing Manager, cover duties when officers are away, help with rent payments, and assist residents in finding the right home with appropriate support.

Responsibilities

• Cover duties when Housing Officers are away to ensure housing systems are maintained and updated; attend schemes/sites and visit residents as required.
• Deliver housing services, assist residents with rent and housing needs, and help them feel safe in their homes and communities.
