Job summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a kitchen-focused team member to prepare meals across multiple stations, ensuring quality, presentation, and food safety for residents. You will follow recipes, collaborate with the Director of Culinary and Sous Chef, and keep your station clean and stocked while delivering a positive dining experience.

Weekend availability is required. Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, commensurate with experience, and reflects the fast-paced, hospitality-driven

Qualifications

• Competent cooking skills and ability to follow recipe.
• Interest in learning and ability to quickly grasp new knowledge.
• Ability to use ingredients in the right proportion and follow exact procedures of food preparation.
• Ability to garnish food following specific plating as directed by the chef.
• Knowledge of food safety, safe handling and preserving raw food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals across multiple stations with organized, consistent, and timely execution.
• Assist in executing ticketed orders with the Director of Culinary and Sous Chef.
• Keep your station clean, well stocked, and maintain high presentation standards.
