Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will help maintain high standards for taste, quality, and presentation while following safety guidelines and dietary requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a cook or in food preparation preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• May be required to complete approved sanitation and safety course.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification may be required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing service.
• All other duties as assigned.
