Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare dining preferred.
• Must read and follow recipes, menus, and production guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Produce and serve nutritious meals and snacks per menu plans.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner per established menus and provide ready-to-eat options.
• Ensure meals meet dietary needs (diabetic, low sodium, etc.).
• Bake and prepare homemade items as needed.
• Maintain high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Coordinate meal preparation based on resident census.
• Engage with residents in the dining room to gather feedback.
• Support special events and themed dining experiences.
• Reinforce that dining contributes to residents' daily enjoyment and well-being.
• Contribute to a welcoming, home-like dining experience through food and presence.
• Follow monthly menus and snack schedules; participate in nutrition meetings.
