Responsibilities

• Marketing and Leasing: Plan and execute marketing activities to attract prospective residents and maintain visibility of the community.
• Customer Engagement: Greet prospects, conduct tours, and process applications in a timely manner.
• Administrative Support: Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations including rent processing and admin tasks.
• Resident Relations: Provide outstanding customer service and foster positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
