Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Community Manager for The Junction Apartments in Memphis, TN. You will oversee on-site staff, lead leasing, and manage budgets while maximizing resident satisfaction and NOI.

You will coordinate marketing efforts, enforce lease terms, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, while maintaining strong relationships with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• Must have strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site staff and lead leasing and marketing activities.
• Manage market analysis, resident relations and prepare/monitor property budgets.
• Ensure property inspections, maintenance, safety and compliance with laws.
• Manage rental collection, posting and vendor contracts.
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders and ensure timely communication.
