Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Community Manager for The Junction Apartments in Memphis, TN. You will oversee on-site staff, lead leasing and marketing efforts, and manage budgets to maximize NOI.

The ideal candidate has strong financial management, budgeting, and leadership experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office. Some college is preferred, and the role requires interaction with residents, vendors, and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost-control skills.
• Ability to lead on-site staff and coordinate leases and marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property.
• Lead leasing, marketing and resident relations activities.
• Prepare and manage the property budget and analyze NOI.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and policies.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendor contracts.
• Monitor rent collection and reporting as required.
