Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Midvale, UT to perform routine maintenance and repairs across apartment units and common areas. You will respond to resident requests within 3 hours and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and a team player who can multitask in a fast-paced residential environment, upholding the Wasatch brand and an owner's mindset.

Qualifications

• :Minimum 1 year hands-on maintenance experience.
• :Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• :Experience in repairing/maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, and pools.
• :Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• :Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
