Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities in the United States, Washington area. The role involves routine maintenance, quick response to resident requests, and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.

The candidate will uphold the Wasatch brand, work as a team member, and demonstrate an owner's mindset with attention to detail while ensuring resident satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in repairing and/or maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, pools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
• Consistently exemplifying the Wasatch brand.
• Embodies an owner's mindset.
