Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking an on-site maintenance professional to perform routine repairs on apartment units and common areas. You will respond quickly to resident requests and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks, while upholding the Wasatch brand and an owner's mindset.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, flexibility, and a strong customer-service focus to ensure resident satisfaction and safety across properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in repairing and maintaining: Electrical systems, Plumbing, Appliances, Flooring, Carpentry, Heating and air systems, Pools.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
• Consistently exemplify the Wasatch brand and embody an owner's mindset.
