Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs across apartment units and common areas. You will respond to resident requests quickly and troubleshoot a range of systems, from plumbing to HVAC, ensuring high resident satisfaction.

The right candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and a team player with excellent customer service skills. On-site work and overtime/after-hours on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience repairing or maintaining electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating/AC, and pools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
