Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our properties in California. The successful candidate will perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units, troubleshoot various systems, and respond promptly to resident service requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues.
