Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform routine repairs across apartment units and common areas. You will address resident requests quickly, troubleshoot plumbing, electrical and carpentry issues, and maintain high brand standards.

This role emphasizes hands-on work, teamwork, and a customer-first approach. The position requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with on-call rotation for emergencies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in repairing and/or maintaining: Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Appliances, Flooring, Carpentry, Heating and air systems, Pools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
• Consistently exemplifying the Wasatch brand.
• Embodying an owner's mindset.
