Job summary

The Resident Reliability Engineer at E80 Group will be based at a customer plant in Marion, NC, focusing on maintaining and supporting automated intralogistics systems. The role combines hands-on equipment work with cross-functional coordination to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction.

You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, and communicate results to customers and E80, participating in regular meetings and helping implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of reliability engineering or site management experience.
• Knowledge of E80 products and GUI reports is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment reliability and uptime through preventive tasks and condition-based maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance to restore performance quickly.
• Coordinate with customer, maintenance teams and E80 staff to resolve issues.
• Maintain training records and support on-site training when needed.
• Organize maintenance area and manage spare-parts inventory.
