Job summary

E80 Group in Texas is seeking a Customer Service Electro-Mechanical Engineer to perform after-sales electrical and mechanical maintenance within automation and warehouse systems. You will support field operations and ensure system reliability.

The role requires a bachelor in Electrical or Electromechanical Eng, experience in automation or material handling, ability to read schematics, and strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering preferred; Mechatronics background is a strong plus.
• Experience in automation and/or material handling industry preferred with exposure to industrial equipment, systems maintenance, or automated processes.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; ability to apply in field operations.
• Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Excellent communication of technical concepts to other technical professionals and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Keep all E80 system components running through regular inspections and maintenance.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks.
• Perform corrective maintenance or troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on machines.
• Calibrate or configure individual machines or devices.
• Handle upgrades or modifications on outdated systems.
• Prepare reports and spare parts lists after completing work.
• Monitor system performance and report issues to managers.
