Job summary

Birge & Held is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in West Lafayette, IN to be the first on-site contact for residents and prospects. You will understand needs, provide leasing information, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, maintaining accurate records in Onesite, and supporting events and renewals while meeting KPIs and quarterly goals.

Qualifications

• One (1) year or more years in a customer service, sales, or customer facing role.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Onesite, Yardi, or similar), Microsoft Office suite, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects and residents and provide leasing information.
• Follow up with leads and support lease closings.
• Coordinate resident events to enhance the community experience.
• Address maintenance, billing questions, and general inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in Onesite and related systems.
