Job summary

Birge & Held in Indianapolis seeks a Customer Experience Associate to deliver outstanding on-site service to prospective and current residents. You will foster relationships, relay leasing options, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes needs assessment, timely responses to concerns, and accurate data management in Onesite, Yardi, or similar systems, contributing to KPIs and community success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• One (1) year or more years in a customer service, sales, or customer facing role.
• Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
• Professionalism and discretion in dealings with coworkers, residents, vendors.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects and residents to create a positive first impression.
• Provide information about units, amenities, and leasing options.
• Follow up with leads to support lease closings and a smooth prospect journey.
• Address resident concerns, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with teams.
• Maintain accurate records in OneSite and prepare regular performance reports.
