Qualifications

• Familiarity with property management software (Onesite or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first on-site contact for residents and prospects, delivering exceptional service.
• Build relationships with prospects and residents; explain units, amenities, and leasing options.
• Collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and other teams to resolve issues and support smooth operations.
