Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster resident loyalty through move-in experiences.
• Guide new residents through move-in preparation for a smooth transition.
• Conduct follow-up within a week of move-in to address concerns.
• Manage move-out inspections and coordinate resident events.
• Maintain high resident visibility, oversee amenity areas, and collect rental fees.
• Proactively suggest improvements to enhance community operations.
