Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator in Santa Clarita to deliver exceptional customer service, foster resident loyalty during move-in experiences, and ensure a remarkable living experience for residents throughout their residency.

You will promptly address inquiries, guide new residents through move-in preparation, conduct follow-ups, manage move-out inspections, oversee events, and continuously improve community operations to enhance resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required if the employee will operate a motorized vehicle during their workday.
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Office team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own Smartphone to perform certain aspects of their job.

Responsibilities

• Addressing resident inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Guiding new residents through the move-in preparation experience for a smooth transition.
• Conducting follow-up within a week of move-in to address concerns.
• Managing move out inspections and coordinating resident events.
• Maintaining high resident visibility, overseeing amenity areas, and collecting fees for rentals.
• Proactively suggesting improvements to enhance community operations.
