Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance and reliable transportation if operating a motorized vehicle during workday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster resident loyalty.
• Guide new residents through move-in preparation for a smooth transition.
• Follow up within a week of move-in to address concerns.
• Manage move-out inspections and coordinate resident events.
• Maintain high resident visibility and oversee amenity areas; collect rental fees.
• Suggest improvements to enhance community operations.
