KW Property Management and Consulting seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of the amenity, including Security and Receiving, reporting to the Director of Operations. The role emphasizes delivering a 5-star experience, coordinating multiple teams, and maintaining professional, courteous resident relations.

Responsibilities include policy development, staff coordination, and service excellence while ensuring privacy and compliance.

Formación

• Prior experience in a related position; minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Working knowledge of computer and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task, set, and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to interact with a diverse population.
• Must function in a team‑oriented environment.
• High School Diploma or Undergraduate Degree or Work Equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain day-to-day operations of the amenity, including Security and Receiving departments.
• Create and update policy and procedures for Security and Receiving operations to run smoothly at a 5-star level.
• Coordinate with Security, Front Desk, Valet, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Office staff to deliver seamless service.
• Assist Management Office with resident communications and relationships.
• Identify improvements to day-to-day procedures and implement changes.
• Support residents and guests, ensuring privacy, respect and timely service.
