Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting seeks an Operations Manager to supervise daily operations of the amenity, including Security and Receiving, under the Director of Operations. The role focuses on delivering 5‑star service, managing staff, and upholding the company’s GREAT values across resident interactions.

You will lead policy creation, coordinate with building teams, and support resident communications while ensuring operational efficiency and a professional image of the management office.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong English communication.
• Conversational ability or fluency in other languages, especially Spanish or Portuguese, desirable at site(s).
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a related position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Security and Receiving departments.
• Develop and update policies and procedures for smooth operation at a 5-star level.
• Coordinate with Security, Front Desk, Valet, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Office staff to deliver seamless service.
• Manage resident communications and relationships; address resident and guest concerns.
• Ensure safety, budget awareness, and compliance with building policies.
• Assist Management Office with reports, training, and staff development.
