The role emphasizes timely handling of work orders, property inspections, and ensuring units are tour-ready during move-ins and move-outs, with a strong focus on resident experience and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property walks to inspect for maintenance issues and curb appeal.
• Ensure all units are properly prepared for tours, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Oversee daily inspections for cleanliness and repairs across common areas, amenities, and property grounds.
• Communicate promptly with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor regarding any concerns or issues.
