Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Services Coordinator to support daily operations and upkeep of the property, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation. You will promote resident satisfaction by communicating with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities include monitoring work orders, conducting property walks, preparing units for tours and move-ins, and overseeing inspections of common areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is required.
• Property management experience strongly preferred.
• High levels of customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Timely and accurate processing of administrative forms and reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property walks to inspect for maintenance issues and curb appeal.
• Ensure all units are properly prepared for tours, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Oversee daily inspections for cleanliness and repairs across common areas, amenities, and property grounds.
