Job summary

Real Property Management Pros is hiring an Assistant Property Readiness Coordinator in Fairfax, VA to manage move-in and move-out tasks with a focus on exceptional Resident experiences. You will coordinate Make Ready projects, document property conditions, and liaise with vendors to ensure homes are prepped for new Residents.

You’ll join a team that values clear communication, organization, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred (recent grads encouraged to apply).
• Experience in a customer-facing or project coordination role is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.
• Ability to pass background checks in accordance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Move-Ins & Move-Outs.
• Schedule and conduct property evaluations, ensuring Residents move in seamlessly.
• Document property conditions at move-in and move-out, address questions, and coordinate follow-up.
• Coordinate Make-Ready Projects.
• Organize repairs, cleanings, and other services between Resident turnovers.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure homes are fully prepped for new Residents.
• Champion Resident Satisfaction.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Residents during the transition periods, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Encourage Residents to provide feedback and positive reviews as we strive to enhance our NPS score.
• Collaborate with the Leasing Team to share updates on property conditions and keep Landlord/Investor clients informed.
• Provide concierge-level service by educating Investors on property statuses and potential upgrades.
• Maintain Detailed Records: Accurately document all interactions and property details in our software systems.
