Qualifications

• Effective communication is a crucial requirement for this role.
• Proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs to complete required reports.
• Strong proficiency in property management software (Entrata).
• Mathematical skills to calculate percentages for budgets and financial reports.
• HS Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Property management experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule and be always available via phone/email.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Manager to reach occupancy and rent goals.
• Create a cool, fun, and energetic environment where residents want to live.
• Provide Resident Services on site.
• Maintain amenities to like-new standards.
• Ensure units are like-new for new move-ins.
• Serve as liaison between Facilities Maintenance and property needs.
• Submit accounts payable/invoices for payment.
• Conduct regular property walks to maintain asset value.
• Explore additional revenue opportunities.
