Job summary

S2 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our Bowie community in Sandy Springs, GA. You will support the Property Manager to drive occupancy, marketing, expense control, and delinquency management, while ensuring exceptional resident and employee experiences.

You will collect rents, maintain accurate resident files, conduct move-out inspections, and coordinate move-ins. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Two years+ of residential property management experience as an Assistant Property Manager.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to listen and understand goals.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and applicable laws.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• ResMan knowledge is a plus.
• CAM/ARM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager to ensure the community's financial and operational success.
• Oversee and be responsible for on-site accounting functions.
• Collect rents and manage delinquency, with deadlines.
• Conduct move-in inspections and deposit accounting.
• Maintain resident files and documentation.
• Coordinate move-ins and schedule inspections.
• Open and prepare community daily by 9am.
• Maintain professional relationships with vendors, residents, and team.
• Assist in supervising staff in PM’s absence.
