Birchstone Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, leasing, and resident services at our community. The role emphasizes rent collections, unit inspections, and coordinating with the Property Manager to maintain Birchstone standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multi-family or residential leasing, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work with teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of residential leasing or multi-family experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of operations to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Oversee leasing and service team to meet Birchstone standards.
• Lead rent collection, deposits, and basic accounting functions.
• Support renewals, move-outs, inspections, and compliance with regulations.
