Job summary

Birchstone Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations and ensure exceptional resident service. You will collect rents, post income, and maintain Birchstone standards across the property.

The role requires strong leadership, leasing experience, and familiarity with property management software. A valid driver’s license is required and bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in multi-family, conventional/market-rate communities.
• 2+ years in residential leasing and/or sales.
• 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in all operations to ensure Birchstone standards and resident satisfaction.
• Provide exemplary customer service and build relationships with residents.
• Oversee leasing, service team, and fair housing compliance.
• Lead rent collection, deposits, reconciliations, and related accounting.
• Assist with renewals, move-ins/outs, and unit inspections.
• Support training and development for team members.
