Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations of a multifamily community. You will assist in reporting, rent processing, and supervising staff in the Community Manager's absence, while upholding service standards for residents.

This role requires knowledge of property management systems (Yardi Voyager/CRM), strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced market. Mon-Fri schedule with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Supports daily and month-end reporting on resident ledgers.
• Posts rent, manages delinquency, and handles eviction processes.
• Secures and manages lease renewals and prepares lease paperwork.
• Walks the property daily to ensure condition standards are met.
• Assists in hiring and training of new team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily and month-end reporting on resident ledgers.
• Post notices to vacate and manage community communications.
• Post charges to resident accounts and manage move-out inspections.
• Oversee property operations and staff in Community Manager’s absence.
• Support leasing activities and prepare lease paperwork as needed.
