Job summary

You will assist with leasing duties, reporting, and ensuring property standards while maintaining professional customer service and strong teamwork. This full-time role requires organizational skills and a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Property management experience is preferred.
• A state leasing license or ability to obtain one is required within legal timelines.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily and month-end reporting on resident ledgers.
• Post rent and manage delinquency collections, evictions, and deposits.
• Prepare and post lease agreements; manage renewals.
• Inspect properties daily to ensure standards.
• Respond to emails, voicemails, and inquiries promptly.
• Assist leasing activities, tours, and resident communications.
• Prepare final account statements and coordinate move-outs.
