Job summary

GHP Ferrante in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in achieving revenue growth, occupancy and a strong resident experience within the Ferrante community.

You will lead customer experience, assist in marketing to fill units, manage move-in/out, and coordinate with the team to ensure operations meet policy and wage guidelines while upholding the GHP culture.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Experience in bookkeeping preferred.
• 1 year of working knowledge using Yardi software.
• Sales and/or leasing experience.
• General office experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• Ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
