The role requires integrity, relevant experience, and CAM/ARM preferred. Travel for company gatherings may be necessary; a strong foundation in property management, budgeting, and customer service is essential. Annual base salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 with comprehensive benefits.

• Experience in property management or related work.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates highest standards of integrity and adheres to policies and laws.
• Strives to make resident first impressions and living experience high quality.
• Handles resident concerns to ensure satisfaction with management.
• Develops and implements resident retention programs (events, promotions, newsletters).
• Communicates property events to tenants; conducts inspections; calls move-ins/outs.
• Ensures leasing goals align with budget and market competition insights.
• Monitors traffic, conversions, renewal data, and marketing metrics.
• Understands financial goals and manages assets in the owners' best interest.
• Maintains accurate records of community transactions (rent rolls, delinquencies).
• Ensures rents and fees are collected, posted, and deposited timely.
• Maintains model apartments and coordinates repairs; updates make-ready boards.
• Hires, trains, supervises and terminates on-site staff; manages timesheets.
• Other duties as assigned.
