Frey Consulting Group in Huntington, WV is seeking a hands‑on Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential rental portfolio. You’ll work with owners and tenants, coordinate moves and renewals, and ensure timely maintenance and compliance with leases and Fair Housing.

You’ll manage inspections, communicate status on vacancies, and keep detailed records to safeguard owner interests. This role includes growth opportunities within real estate operations and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Previous property management, real estate, leasing, or residential housing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
• Someone comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility for the properties assigned to them.
• Good organization and the ability to keep several properties and ongoing issues straight.
• Working knowledge of leases, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and Fair Housing requirements.
• Florida real estate experience or licensing is a plus.
• Competitive annual salary $85,000 - $125,000 Yearly.
