Job summary

Inland Real Estate Group, LLC in Naples, FL is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maximize occupancy, and enhance property value while building a strong community.

You will manage tenant relations, coordinate leasing with the team, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies. A High School diploma is required, two years PM experience, and CAM/ARM preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of Property Management or related experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred; willing to obtain if instructed by senior management.
• Problem-solving skills, data collection, and ability to draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates top integrity and adheres to policies and laws.
• Strives to make the living experience high quality for residents.
• Handles resident concerns with a positive customer service attitude.
• Develops resident retention programs (events, promotions, newsletters).
• Communicates property events and conducts periodic inspections with residents.
• Ensures leasing is optimized and marketing information is gathered consistently.
• Monitors traffic, conversion, renewal data, and marketing metrics.
• Maintains financial goals and records (rent rolls, delinquencies).
• Hires, trains, and supervises on-site staff; conducts reviews and timesheet approvals.
