Job summary

• Knowledge of preventative and ongoing property maintenance

Responsibilities

• Be an active partner in marketing efforts, including outreach and social media campaigns
• Lease apartment homes through knowledge of market conditions, competitors, amenities, floorplans, and availability
• Review and oversee administrative tasks including applications, move-ins, delinquency, lease renewals
• Oversee resident events to aid retention, positive reviews, and occupancy goals
• Provide concierge-level customer service to clients, vendors, and coworkers
• Demonstrate professional conflict resolution and staff supervision
• Obtain bids, participate in budget creation and month-end financial duties
• Manage budget to maximize income and reduce expenses
• Forecast, hire, train, coach, set goals, and supervise staff
• Oversee maintenance staff and vendors in partnership with maintenance supervisor
• Monitor daily property performance and compliance with laws and company policy
