Job summary

Hillpointe in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of our apartment communities, driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead resident services, coordinate marketing to boost occupancy, manage budgets, and collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams to keep properties in like-new condition. A valid driver's license and HS diploma are required or preferred, with flexibility for local travel.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Property management experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license for property visits.
• Flexibility in schedule and local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Manager to reach budgeted occupancy and rent levels.
• Create an environment that is cool, fun, and energetic for residents.
• Provide Resident Services onsite.
• Ensure Amenities are maintained to like-new standards.
• Ensure Units are like-new for new move-ins.
• Serve as Liaison between Facilities Maintenance and property needs.
• Submit Accounts Payable/Invoices for payment.
• Conduct regular property walks and protect asset value.
• Explore additional revenue opportunities.
