Job summary

Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is seeking an energetic Community Manager for our Franklin, IN team. You will deliver professional customer service, handle rent collection, and coordinate move-ins while maintaining accurate resident files.

You will work closely with a Maintenance Team, ensure standards are met, and communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and the Property Manager. A high school diploma and 2+ years of property management experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Two years minimum experience in residential property management required.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic tech.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required; own vehicle.
• Must pass drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service to residents.
• Collect rents and prepare receipts and late notices.
• Compose correspondence and documents; answer phones and greet residents professionally.
• Maintain resident and file documentation accurately.
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure inspections meet standards.
• Coordinate daily activity of Maintenance Team.
