Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is seeking an energetic Community Manager for our Bowling Green, KY team. We value teamwork, a family atmosphere, and professional service to residents.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in residential property management, strong people skills, and the ability to manage rents, move-ins, and maintenance coordination while maintaining detailed files and timely communications.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Two years minimum experience in residential property management required.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Great with people—warm, friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone.
• Maintain a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, team members and Property Manager at all times.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to work 40 hours and must be available for overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants and representatives of other companies.

• Maintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins, ensuring all move-in appointments are completed and all apartments inspected and compliant with established standards prior to move-in.
• Coordinate daily activity of Maintenance Team.

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to work 40 hours and must be available for overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to speak Spanish a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance are required; position requires own vehicle to fulfill all of the job's functions.
• Must be able to pass drug screening and criminal background check.
