Responsibilities

• Achieve leasing goals and contribute to occupancy targets.

• Cultivate relationships with residents and prospects to foster renewals and referrals.
• Assist with leasing paperwork from application to move-in, including renewals.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep show units and common areas pristine.
• Organize resident files and support managerial tasks.
