Edgewood Properties, Inc. is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Consultant for Brookside in Somerville, NJ. The role focuses on meeting leasing targets, crafting effective marketing strategies, and maintaining high property presentation for a luxury community.

You will utilize CRM daily, engage residents and prospects, and drive tours, applications, and renewals while delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating with property staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in apartment leasing, marketing, or sales is required.
• Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, RealPage Property Management software, and other relevant tools is expected.
• Strong knowledge of marketing and social media platforms (e.g., Apartments.com, LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, Instagram).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a luxury property setting.
• Ability to learn new software programs relevant to property management and leasing.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed leasing goals for assigned properties.
• Use CRM daily to follow up with leads, check statuses, and drive tours and applications.
• Develop and execute proactive marketing plans to support occupancy and renewal goals.
• Manage social media marketing on at least two platforms to generate leads.
• Organize prospect gathering events weekly to ensure lead flow.
• Assist with all leasing paperwork from application to move-in, including renewals.
• Show apartments, answer inquiries, and create tailored sales pitches to maximize leases.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep show units and common areas clean and appealing.
