Job summary

Tricon Homes is seeking an Operations Manager – Resident Support in Houston, TX to lead and optimize resident support operations across a defined portfolio. You will guide a team of Resident Support Managers, ensure service excellence, and drive CSAT and financial performance.

You will mentor staff, enforce policies, and partner with other departments to maintain a superior resident experience while maintaining compliance with regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and accounting basics.
• Knowledge of Yardi is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of resident support within the designated portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a team of Resident Support Managers.
• Ensure CSAT goals and financial performance targets are met.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless resident experience.
• Audit move-in processes, documents, and resident charges for accuracy.
• Communicate company updates and policy changes to the team.
