Job summary

Corvias Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager at Fort Bragg to support the Resident Manager in delivering exceptional resident services and operations. You will lead by example, coach team members, and help drive retention through data-driven initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in property management, strong customer service skills, and the ability to analyze data to inform actions. Weekend/evening hours may be required, and a valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience with at least 6 months in residential property management.
• Proven ability to lead a team and coach staff on customer service procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to use data to drive operations and retention strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage cross-functional activities.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals and resolve complex issues.
• Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day resident relations and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Resolve complex resident concerns and ensure policy adherence.
• Deploy resident information and engagement campaigns to improve satisfaction.
• Create accountability, communicate expectations, supervise, and give feedback.
• Assist in training and developing team members on culture, goals, and leasing operations.
• Foster relationships with partner stakeholders for program effectiveness.
• Perform duties of a Resident Associate as needed.
