Job summary

Streamliner Aldea & Cabana Aldea is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily property operations and enhance the resident experience on two sites. You will assist the Community Manager with leasing, rent collections, renewals, and resident communications, while coordinating maintenance and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in residential leasing or property management, strong organizational skills, and proficient use of MS Office and property

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in residential leasing and/or property management.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and performance of the community.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and notices.
• Support leasing, occupancy, and retention goals with outstanding service.
• Process applications, screenings, and guide prospects through leasing.
• Coordinate with maintenance for service requests and turnovers.
• Respond to resident inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate resident files and financial records.
• Support lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and resident communications.
• Assist with marketing efforts and occupancy initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
