Job summary

S2 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Fort Worth, TX, to support the Property Manager in daily operations and financial performance. You will help achieve occupancy goals, manage marketing efforts, and ensure a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities include rent collection by the 5th, move-in inspections, and maintaining resident files. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and reliable transportation, with a Monday–Saturday schedule and varying

Qualifications

• Two years+ of residential property management experience as an Assistant Property Manager.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to listen to and align with residents and goals.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding resident experiences and resolve concerns promptly.
• Collect and account for rents and other monies; enforce payment by the 5th and pursue overdue balances.
• Maintain resident files and move-in/move-out inspections with deposits.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager on occupancy, marketing, and expense control.
• Open the community on time each day and oversee daily operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, residents, and team members professionally.
• Assist in monitoring staff in the Property Manager’s absence.
