Job summary

CSC Management is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Ft. Worth, TX sites to oversee multiple rehab projects, manage operations, and coordinate staff and resources.

The role focuses on maximizing occupancy and property value while ensuring tenant safety and compliance with applicable laws. You will assist the Community Director, train support staff, and maintain strong customer service to support a vibrant community.

Qualifications

2 years experience assisting management of apartment properties (minimum).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email, cloud storage tools (Dropbox/Google Drive).
Knowledge of basic accounting, reading financial statements, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Ensure rents are collected and deposits posted promptly.
Submit invoices for payment to corporate office.
Ensure lease files are complete and leases are executed properly.
Open and maintain a clean, tour-ready office and model apartments.
Maintain records of management activities daily/weekly/monthly.
Communicate challenges to the Property Manager and meet deadlines.
