Job summary

Admiral Communities seeks a Property Manager to lead operations across communities in Kingsport, Mount Carmel, and Church Hill, TN. You’ll manage rent collections, tenant relations, and marketing while coordinating move-ins/outs, ensuring compliance, and partnering with maintenance for vacant units.

The role offers growth within a growing company with training and a supportive leadership team. Prior Rent Manager experience is a strong plus; bilingual candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with Rent Manager is a strong plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual Spanish skills highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Managing rent and home payment collections.
• Building strong relationships with residents and providing excellent customer service.
• Marketing and leasing available homes and lots.
• Coordinating all move-in and move-out activities.
• Ensuring compliance with community rules and Federal Fair Housing regulations.
• Issuing notices and managing delinquency and eviction processes when necessary.
• Partnering with Maintenance to prepare vacant homes for new residents.
• Conducting regular property inspections and helping maintain community appearance.
• Communicating regularly with your Regional Manager regarding community operations and resident needs.
